At Pehnara, every outfit is crafted with care, keeping your comfort and tradition in mind. Since many of our products are custom-made, our shipping timelines and policies are designed to balance quality craftsmanship with reliable delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • For international orders, prices are shown in local currency for reference only. Payments are processed in INR. Customs duties and exchange fees may apply.

  • Ready-to-Wear Products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

  • Customized & Tailored Orders: Require 10–15 business days for design, stitching, and finishing before dispatch.

  • Customers will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once the order is shipped.

Shipping Timeline

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: 10–15 business days after dispatch (may vary based on destination and customs clearance).

Note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999; standard rates apply for smaller orders.

  • International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package via our courier partner’s website until it reaches your doorstep.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Pehnara is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • In case of significant delays, our support team will keep you updated and assist with tracking.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

  • For lost shipments, we’ll initiate a claim with the courier partner and keep you informed.
